What You'll Do:

• Design and implement modern data platforms.
• Lead client workshops and discovery sessions.
• Build scalable data models and dashboards.
• Provide strategic advisory on data governance and quality.
   

You Have:

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics.
• Hands-on with SQL, Python, dbt, Snowflake, Power BI.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.

Summary: Join our AI Solutions practice and build production-grade LLMs, RAG pipelines, and MLOps infrastructure for clients looking to scale AI adoption.

What You'll Do:

• Build and fine-tune language models.
• Develop vector search, embeddings, and transformer-based architectures.
• Collaborate with product managers and data scientists.
   

You Have:

• 4+ years in ML/AI engineering.
• Strong grasp of PyTorch, LangChain, Weaviate or FAISS, AWS Bedrock/SageMaker.
• Experience deploying GenAI use cases to production.

Summary: Own the full lifecycle delivery of data modernization or GenAI projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure on-time delivery across diverse industries.

What You'll Do:

• Manage delivery roadmaps, sprints, and client communications.
• Lead agile ceremonies and status reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and customer delight.
   

You Have:

• 8+ years in program/delivery management.
• Familiarity with data/AI/ML platforms and SDLC.
• PMI/SAFe certifications a plus.

Summary: Architect robust, secure, and scalable cloud-native data platforms for our enterprise customers.

What You'll Do:

• Design and lead data migrations to AWS or Azure.
• Ensure cloud cost optimization, reliability, and security.
• Act as technical lead for client engagements.
   

You Have:

• 7+ years in cloud architecture roles 
• Deep experience with Snowflake, Databricks, S3, Azure Synapse.
• 2+ cloud certifications preferred (AWS/Azure).
